well that isnt how i throw mine, i throw mine like a 4 seam fastball and b4 i release i turn my wrist in and snap down and it breaks like 4-8 inches

you know these vids are made for like sub-noobs (level lower than noob, bottom of the food chain) and are only to give you an idea of what is they're talking about.

i mean half the stuff here is funny. some good some stupid. but useful either way. although i think they couldve found better people to demonstrate their stuff.
