Also - along with the herbal tea, I drink a cayenne pepper blend (1/8 tsp)with fresh squeezed lemon in 8oz of water. It really works on boosting your metabolism and really makes you urinate in the beginning while it is cleansing bad toxins. P.S. I went to the gym tonight and I had tons of energy. I am looking forward to my Wu-Yi too! I'll keep you posted. Happy Easter!

Hello my fellow tea drinker! Try - Bonjenmai (means slim and beautiful in Chinese)herbal tea. I am already feeling slimmer. It has 12 different compounds and medical leaven to help cleanse the colon. Haha!! This is too funny. Ironically I also ordered my Wu-Yi tea last night. So, tonight I was browsing for more information on Wu-Yi and I thought... I wonder if there is anything on You Tube.
