  • It depends on how you use them. works hips, hip flexor, quads, glutes, hams, lower abs, lower back, abduction, adduction, balance and endurance.

    the Kinetic Bands are a great part of an overall training program.

  • decent idea, but it looks like alot of hip flexor development more then anything else.
