Hindi is conventionally written in Devanāgarī and draws on Sanskrit. but more or less tese are same atleast in speaking.i am pakistani but i agree it is not pakistani language it reepresented indopak muslims b4 partition n a large number of these muslims r also in india. but i dont understand why we start quarelling on everything movie,drama,story,actor n now language like kids this is mine, not urs. if u like it just enjoy it.

urdu was develped by mughals Their mother tongue was the Chaghatai language (had Turkic and Persian culture). bridge the commncation gap with local ppl they developed 'urdu' language 'lashkri zuban' contains words from different languages from perisan, arabic, punjabi, english n ofcourse sunskrit. Urdu is written in the Nastaliq style of the Persian alphabet and relies heavily on Persian and Arabic.
