Oblivion Trailer

A trailer for the Oblivion: End of an Era thread, found here:

Most of these clips are from EVE Online, the videos being the Trinity trailer, and Tortuga - Lacrimosa. The two non-EVE clips are from the opening movie of Freelancer. The song is Serenata Immortale, choir (album) version by Immediate Music, from the disc Trailerhead.

I'm still new at this, so any advice/suggestions/tips would be much appreciated. I used Windows Movie Maker. I have a Mac with iMovie available, though I haven't tried it out yet. Comments are appreciated!

Don't care if you don't subscribe, I probably won't be uploading much anyway.

Epic work... amazing job. Great sense of unexplored wonder and tragic consequence. I really liked the minimalist approach to the plot keys - very focused and precise. Excellent editing to match the score, too.

This convinced me to re-join EVE after years away, too :-) . Also, you introduced me to a group of composers, "The Immediate." Went and bought 4 of their songs off of Amazon just last night!

This is now in my Favorites.

@TheSeraphym Thanks! I'm glad to hear you liked it. Unfortunately I won't have anything else posted anytime soon though because I can't get the old version of WMM to work on my 7 machine, and I can't find anything else with a timeline interface. =/

I'm also open to suggestions for improvement. Constructive criticism is always welcome. =)

Oblivion? EvE?

@Ottisify The story is called Oblivion: End of an Era (no relation to the game Oblivion). It's set in its own universe, but I felt that the clips from EVE worked really well.

Truly amazing. My account lost all it's data, and this video was the first I went to find - I just spent 2 hours trying to find the right one.

Because of the lines in the video, especially "Doomed to die, Doomed to burn", I think you should try to get a career out of. They were truly spectacular.
