@thesolimanz Last part...A belief in a god accomplishes nothing and in fact creates more discrimination and hatred towards your fellow man. You only do good things because you want to go to "paradise" after death. However, for me, I know this is my ONLY life. I want to make the best of it, help people, help the environment, and perhaps accomplish something big. I've become involved in animal rights, have become happier, and have treated people better since I became an Atheist.

@thesolimanz Continuing on with Atheism, you cannot do anything bad or good in the name of Atheism. It's like saying "Stalin killed so many people because he didn't collect stamps," which, I know you will agree with me, is an utterly ridiculous claim. Since I became an Atheist 4 years ago, I've gained a better respect for life and the people I share it with. I care for them and do good things because it helps society, NOT because I'm hoping for a peaceful afterlife.

@thesolimanz Wow, you're an idiot. Stalin killed because of divine preservation. He wanted power. His crimes had nothing to do with his Atheism. Hitler was a Catholic. Sweden, Japan, and Denmark are the least religious countries in the world and there is less crime (murders, theft, rape) than in the U.S and the middle east. Religion sets up horrible "morals" that give people the "rights" to demean women, stone people for the most minor crimes, and create more wars.

If only there were no religion.....maybe this world would be a better place. All you guys do is create more and more needless war. Pray for peace with the Isrealites, not war, and pray for peace with the rest of the world. Maybe then your religion will at least be more respectable.
