EDIT*EDIT*EDIT*EDIT:
Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa!!
Hold your horses cowboys and girls.
Now for a list of things that need to be said about this video after reading the comments.
1. This is not an "I'm not black" rant. Please don't conveniently ignore the phrase "I'm not white", which also makes several appearances throughout the video.
6. Labels are dumb, I agree. Yet we live in a place and time that forces us to be put (willingly or otherwise) into some category or another (and this extends beyond race)....How then, is it 'repugnant' that when labeling myself I choose to acknowledge ALL of the DNA I have....and not just some of?
More on this later.
3. Relax people..because....*clears throrat*.....*sings in the style of opera*....'Jesus loves the little children, all the children of the world, red and yellow...black and white, they are special in his sight, Jesus loves the little children of the world!!"
The point is: Stop trying to stuff me in your silly box.
I am the soup; people don't carry soup in boxes do they?

Every human on this planet is mixed. I want to be identified as a person or spiritual being. Race divides people and spreads deception , abolish it.

If African American or Black is essentially being mixed, then why not consider yourself mixed or Biracial instead of Black or African American

@NineteenPercent: I should point out that I understand that you aren't criticizing black people who are mixed and decide to call themselves black. Rather, you are challenging societal perceptions that demand clear-cut designations such as black, white, Latino, etc.

@NineteenPercent: Some food for thought: Check out The Root's "Why Biracial Means Black." The article posits that checking the designation "black" or "African-American" even if you're mixed-race does not necessarily mean that you're denying your European, Native American, etc. heritage, because being black is essentially being mixed. While it's definitely true that we shouldn't pigeonhole, there's a legitimate counterargument to yours.

p.s The Willie Lynch Letter And The Making Of A Slave Makes The Strong Facts On How We Became Mixed Up....Though We Have Been Mixed Up Before The Trans Atlantic Slave Trade And Even The Islamic Slave Trade Before That. Marrying With The Three Major Progenitors; Shem, Ham, And Japheth. This Race Thing Really Goes Deep, But I Don't Feel Like Holding My Breath So I'd Rather Just Stop Here With It. Good Points In The Vid.

I Agree, There Is No Such Thing As Black And White People. There Are Different Shades Of Brown And Different Shades Of Red.
"white people" (Edomites, Idumeans, Romans, Greeko's, Greecians, Caucasians; which derive from the Caucus Mountains. *I'm mixed too though.
"black people" (3 tribes of Israel)
"latinos" (9 tribes of Israel)
"Africans *the other black people*" (Hammites)
"Asians" (Japhites)
Through Time We've Been Mixed So Like You Said, I'm Mixed, I Just Live By My Israel Side.
