mine doesn't work. when i open it, it doesnt have the PROPER letters. it just like random letters.

Can you use the brush shortcuts for size? I can't and it's a pin in the ass.. also i can't use the shortcut for zoon in and zoon out (control alt z and control shift z). :( I'm glad I can run Sain on my mac but the missing shortcuts makes me feel uneasy.
