This is a great one to improve conditioning. It also puts together the KB high pull and goblet squat all in one movement. It is an OLY lift type movement using a KB instead and is much safer to go into high reps to improve conditioning and fat loss than your traditional Olympic Lift. With a shoulder width stance place the KB in between the feet. Grab onto the horns with both hands and explosively pull the kettlebell to the collarbone. Once you get it there as you clean the bell up drop down into a goblet squat. Do not pause until you are finished with the rep. Stay fast and stay tight.
