The Occupy Spokane movement swells Friday afternoon (10/14/11) and spills over into downtown Spokane. A few hundred fairly indignant folks then march to Chase Bank, hooting and chanting. An extraordinary day in Spokane. www.OtherSpokane.com

  • Someone targeted VerumAdPotentia's comments as spam. It's obviously not spam. I think he's misinformed, and it's obvious he's never been to any of the marches or actually talked to any of the occupiers or he would not have the delusion that this is some kind of manifestation of the Democratic Party. Still, it is clearly wrong to target his writings as spam when they are not. I apologize to you VerumAdPotentia. Please feel free to comment on any of my videos.

  • I can smell the weed by just viewing this vid.

  • Also, your attitude re: open dialog & false flagging are refreshing. Kudos and thanks. No apology on your part is called for on your part. To the false flagger, how sad that you have no argument & can only resort to dirty tricks to advance your position.

  • Dear stevstgeo please don't misunderstand. I didn't say OWS = Democrats. Just that it appears that y'all have the wrong target in the recipients of the bail-outs, instead of targeting those who had majority control of the House, and super-majority control of the Senate when the bills authorizing the bail-outs were passed. Shouldn't your ire be correctly directed to those responsible for authorizing the bail-outs we all appear to find so offensive?

  • Hell, for that matter, how many of you are even registered to vote?

  • So as I understand it from your chanting, your primary complaint seems to be that "We got sold out, banks got bailed out", have I got that about right? So I have to ask, who was in control of Congress when they passed the legislation that 'bailed out' the banks? Didn't the Democrats have majority control of the House and super-majority control of the Senate? How many of you have called Sen. Cantwell and Sen. Murray who both voted in favor of the 'bail outs' to express your discontent?
