How in the world do agile teams produce real value every few weeks? In some companies, we can't even make a decision that fast! Watch this video to see how Lyssa Adkins, coach of agile coaches, teaches people how agile puts the business in the driver's seat to slice the wedding cake of value one slice at a time. It's much more delicious that way.
Don't you end up with spaghetti code thats hard to maintain when approaching things in super thin slices? Or is some sort of architectural framework decided up front based on the vision and looking though the product backlog (which may not be complete at the start of the project). At least when the entire width of the scope is designed in one chunk it leads to a neater solution? yes/no?
