this is really cool but i mean keep your hands at least close to your chest i mean i always have on hand on my chest gear and the just ready to punch i mean i do wtf and keeping my guard up does help alot against people you dont

@Kingtigon2011 You're kidding me, I've seen a lot of ATA guys and most of them wouldn't survive this type of sparring. No one in their right mind would keep their hands down in a real fight anyway. These guys are also fighting full contact unlike what they do in the ATA. So, I would love to see a video of you fighting this type of taekwondo practitioner.

@Kingtigon2011 This is the WTF Sports side of Taekwondo. That's it . You need to understand the Sport and its rules and only then it will make sense.
