Hey I'm 15 and I play softball year round so I am all mussel. When I was little I did Irish dancing, but I never ever did ballet. Is it too late to start? I'm in shape and I'm not the biggest person in the world, but I'm thin because I'm athletic. please give me tips to help me teach myself at home. Thank you! God Bless!

This was really weird...I mean, you learn en dehors and en dedons before you even know 1st position???:S

Not weird at all if you read the decription of the DVD. This is a 45 minute "at home practice" DVD for children already taking ballet at a studio. It is meant to support the teacher by drilling both movement and verbal vocabulary of ballet. The child has of course learned ALL of their positions in class and practiced them at the beginning of the DVD by the time "en dehors" comes along in the DVD.
