You're coming down too far. Your elbow should always remain directly under your wrist to avoid complications with your rotator cuff. As you come down, you'll only be able to bring the bar to around the center of your face before this happens. To come down further, its advisable that you lean back just a little at the bottom of the movement. This will allow you to go further without the wrist-elbow deviation.
