  • p.s. what do you think of the cooper stt's? tread life, off road ability, on-road ability?

  • @m1brett you cant add a budget boost. Control arm angle would be to severe. A far as the cooper stt i dont care for them.i will be putting 265/75/16 goodyear dura-tracs next.

  • Is this the Super-flex or Super-ride?

  • its the superride with swaybar disconnected.

  • does this particular lift kit have "blocks" on the rear

  • no block here, it has the RE add-a-leaf and the RE shackle. It actually gets more flex in the rear with that combo. The RE replacment leafs are very stiff and do not flex well.

  • @m1brett My dad has STT on his Suburban & has like 30000 miles on them with plenty of life left. One of my buddies is running a set of 33"s on his Tundra & loved them. Good in snow, mud, sand & highway. he got about 50000 out of them.

  • I have a 01 Jeep Cherokee. I was looking at this style suspension. Exact height and all. What was the kit and parts you have to install?

  • I have a 1996 cherokee i am wantin to lift and i was wonderin would it be possible to fit 33's with a 4.5in lift w/o rubbing.

  • Love this Jeep. I see you have the same problem I have. You get that rub on the tire knobs making that annoying noise when flexing. You're sidewall closest nubs are hitting the studs that hold the flares on FYI. I'm grinding mine off soon. Hate that noise. Those wheels look HOT on there too! Nice!

  • I installed that same exact kit about 2 months ago without any swaybars (if youre a good driver you dont need them) and it rocks. I dont know why anyone would need the superflex when the superride works just as well for hundreds less!

However, within a few years of installing the lift you will probobly need to replace the AAL's with full leaf packs (S-10 bastard pack on the cheap:) because of sagging issues.

  • What size tires are on it now.??? are they 31x10.50x15

  • i really like those mickey thompson wheels

  • how does the lift do offroad? Ive heard multible things in XJ forums about problems with the bushings on the SR kit. Would you have rather gotten the SF kit? Why or why not? Im trying to decide between the two.
