First Cloning Effect Attempt

Well This is my first cloning effect attempt in PowerDirector 8. I still have to work on lighting in the room a bit as in the beginning you can see a line between me and my clone but later it was ok. Well I keep practicing :) with better lighting and better story line later you will get better cloning videos :) gotta learn the basics first :)

do you have instructions on how to do this?

I have version 8 and I haven't a clue how to do anything x)

well its easy. shoot 2 clips making sure there is no change in background and foreground lights. 1 clip u at left keeping right side space for your clone. another clip you at right keep left space for your clone. now put clip 1 on main track and clip 2 or pip or vice versa. on pip track, enlarge the clip to full size, and use masks (half mask half black half white) on pip track. do some tweaks on timing and lights or position and you are done :) practice n you will be fine

That is cool. I like it. What kind of editor do you have? I'm looking to up grade form the basic Windows Movie Maker. I am board with it.

LOL Windows Movie Maker is the shittiest video editor LOL. Use Power Director 8 now. Lots of fun
