Part 3 contains :

1) picking up speed booster
2) getting the Wave Beam early using wall jump i take off jump boots to make it easier to jump without hitting the ceiling.
3)Defeating Crocomire (miniboss)
4) Getting Power bombs here instead of up top
5) getting the grappling hook withotu backtracking all way up the red shaft and back down.
6) 10:13 pussh down twice as you jump to do this into ball jump, saves least 30 seconds going round.

hey i play super metroid on my super nintendo, and have goten a lot from these viedos. but for some reason, i cant wall jump, and get to certin things i need to move on. can you tell me how to wall jump

Wall jumping is done by pessing jump button and direction u want to jump to as you leave the wall.

another way to get the first power bomb (if ur not doing speed run)is to us the ice beam the the flying guy that come out of the tube, rly easy, jump, freez one and u get them

You are really clever, getting wave beam early is really helpful when you are early in the game.
