speed training for fighters.mr.melvin manhoef,one of the greatest mma and k1 fighter came kakukuri for conditioning.we fortunately learn his way of speed training. count punches in 30 seconds. kakukuri is the center of fighter's training and rehabilitation in japan.
karate kick boxing,mma,,,,,all kinds of fighters got and train together here,including champions.we all are welcome your joining,if u are fighter.

  • @crabbit87 You are spot on with your reply and speed is all about developing quick-twitch muscles so plyometric training would be more apt for developing speed. What this guy is doing here is as you said endurance training.

  • Actually you are training endurance here more than anything else. Speed is more efficiently acquired by training short relaxed bursts of 3 to 4 punches. Focus on staying relaxed and speed will come.
