Japanese food from Hokkaido in a Japanese supermarket in Yamaguchi. The food includes in order of appearance: stuffed squid, Japanese pilaf, salmon roe (ikura イクラ) and sashimi lunch box (bentou弁当), deep fried battered foods (agemono 揚げ物) including croquette potato (korokkeコロッケ) and pork cutlets (tonkatsuトンカツ), crab(蟹) and crab legs, dried and part dried whole squid(イカ), spicy cod roe (karashimentaiko辛子明太子), salmon roe (ikuraイクラ), dried hokke(ほっけ) fish, varioiuis pickles(tsukemono漬物), squid slices flavoured in various ways, herring roe (kazuknoko数の子), various beans (mame豆), Hokkaidou Island shaped bean paste griddled fritters (hokkaidou-gata oobanyaki/kaitenyaki/imagawayaki 北海道型大版焼き・回転焼き・今川焼き).
