The older I get, the earlier I get up....for my health....I am 32years old, and this is how my mornings start. I hope i can motivate people to be more healthy, if i can do it, anyone can.....if they really want to see change...

All this is done before I go to the gym, or work. Water and protein are the first things that I drink(sometimes I make eggs). Before work I have a bowl of oatmeal that my wife usually makes for me(thanks baby).

If you saw me one year ago, you would probably think I was a slob or lazy.....my body fat was in the high 20% mark, and I knew I had to change for my health but I actually thought I was fit, and healthy..just little extra in the middle.....until I read Rehan Jalali's book, "The six-pack Diet Plan"....its more of a lifestyle change then a diet...Within weeks I started losing body fat, and understood the processes the body must go through to get lean.

I still have a ways to go to get to my goal of 10%body fat...and 155lbs. Currently I am 145lbs and 15%body fat....not bad considering I was almost 170lbs at my heaviest and 30%body fat.

IF I CAN DO IT, YOU CAN DO IT!!!
