@lepseudonyme The runner Flagitious never intended it to be a 100% and it was never stated anywhere. However, when Rogueyoshi uploaded the run he wrote it in the description anyway.

There are currently no 100% TASes of the game.

this is definitely not a 100%. I am not even sure it can be approved. You finished the game without the traveling-through-walls trick. Remove the 100% part and it will be acceptable.

@Duw It is a way to increase the movement speed. If you hold up while pressing down every second frame, Link's movement will be increased by 50%.

Because of the encode made, you can't see that Link is actually changing the way he's facing every frame when going up and to the left.
