ANGEL HOPE SANDOVAL

this song makes my hours on this site worth it tonight. THANKS

I can tell you've never been to see Hope/Mazzy before. The average music fan doesn't seem to appreciate her live performances. Someone like me, however, who doesn't really care for the histrionics/crowd interaction BS loves it, it's all about the music! If she needs a break between songs, big deal. She came back on if she "walked off twice," right?
Hope always plays in the dark because she gets stage fright having to look at people when she's playing. Must not be a fan if you didn't know this.

I'm convinced she's an angel sent from heaven

Hope sang this song with her '80s duo,Going Home, long before joining Opal/Mazzy.Hope brought the song with her to Mazzy.I wondered if Hope may have written it,but just saw the writing credit,& Hope's Going Home partner,Sylvia Gomez, wrote it, proving Hope wasn't the only talented one in the duo(but was perhaps best singer of the two),as the song's become a memorable, beloved Mazzy song."Where Did You Run To" is another Going Home song Mazzy Star used to perform live.Did Sylvia write it too?

@1yellafella nahhh, i know what you're thinking of. the going home demo. trust me, while this demo has "going home" songs on it, this is NOT the going home demo. that was recorded in the 80s, while this was done in 1990.
