I never understood why Garcie just sat there while Mills was getting shot up (;_;). Most people would have gotten the hell out of there, but then again, Emir isn't most people, now is he? And the way he rolled out of the car made him look goofy, and as he sat there, he could have gotten shot, and I guess he realized that he wasn't the target after all, and even then, why did he unnecessarily jump off the overpass? Maybe I'm missing something here...
