Hey I had the EXACT SAME questions...I checked with my consulate in Canada and they said that leaving it blank is perfectly fine (Q2B) and all other questions that only apply to CIRs should be left blank, especially if they're boxes. They also said they accept crossed-out lines but I don't want to take the chance of it looking like I sad Y for YES lol. Hope this helped!!

P.S. You're so lucky yyours is online. Ours is all on paper and we have to make 3 copies of EVERYTHING. That's 35 pages times 3, not including references, passport, Letter of Statement...etc.

Lol I'm actually with group b. That's July 31st. And I had a jet application is finally here vid but I was so busy that day I didnt have time to finish it lol. I'm sending my app this week I'm so excited.
