I came to you tube today to find out how to cut a mango. If I saw this first, I would just continue what I am doing. Which is better than this. LOL I saw a few video's before this and maybe, JUST MAYBE..... you should have before you make the claim to know what you are doing.first

Yep, i did cut through the skin too much at the end - wasn't paying enough attention. perhaps a butter knife would be better for that part, i like to invert the halves and use my teeth to peel off the mango fruit sections, they tear off quite nicely too.
