I use sourcerecorder. Its an in game tool that records screen shots and you have to convert the screen shots in to an avi through vdub. Google search or youtube search sourcerecorder tutorial.

It was on esea client, and he is still yet to be banned for cheating. If you don't know what esea is then you might want to look up there client before you respond back to this still thinking he cheats
