產後最難瘦的部位就是小腹了,
怎麼瘦,跟著Lulu老師做就對囉!

● 窈窕媽咪!產後瘦小腹 Step 1. 平躺 雙手抱膝靠近胸口 Step 2. 吸氣 背部拉長延伸 吐氣 右腳往下伸直延展 雙手扣住左膝 吸氣,保持背部拉長延伸,頭部往上提起, 深深吐氣,右腳很下伸直延展,雙手扣住左腳膝蓋。 Step 3. 吐氣 左腳往下伸直延展

》左右交替5~10次 Step 4. 吸氣 停留於抱膝姿勢 維持10次吸吐 吐氣 放鬆

產後瘦身一定要循序漸近,
建議產後第二週以後再開始運動,
並擬定減重計劃喔!
