bradyy333, If Slutskaya had skated like this in the 06 Olympics - flawlessly with the 3-3-2 combination she would have won with a near 5 point lead over Arakawa. Considering all other performances were the same for the Olympics. However Arakawa wouldn't have known prior to her own performance how Slutskaya was going to perform because Slutskaya was the last to skate for the evening. Arakawa skated somewhat conservative and cleanly as a result of seeing how Sasha Cohen went in her performance.
