There's no one else who can lead SNSD better than Taeyeon. If she feels a big burden is weighed on her shoulders, I really hope that the other 8 members will continue to stay and support by her side. I think for this situation, SME should consider T-Ara's leadership system, where the leader is constantly changing each year so each member is given a chance to be the leader. Though, I don't recommend it since SNSD's contract is only up for 8 years, and there's 9 members so 1 member will sit it out
