  • hey, I know, lol. Thanks man. This vid is almost a year old now, and they've gotten a lot better. It only happens when I get fatigued now. Just gotta keep reminding my self keep them close.

  • thats the way crossfit does it's pull ups. I personally agree with you, but their take on it is that you use your core as well as back and arms. plus I cannot argue with their results in building strength

  • at the gym i go to crossfit, were taught to kip like that and ik it makes it easier but thats what were supposed to do to make it a more efficient workout

  • true, but this is based on preparing for the military,and the military do the bodybuilding style pullup unfortunately :(
