i know i'm going to get crap for saying this but he is lying right here. he never believed that this love of which he is talking about actually exists. people are too weak in mind nowadays, too easily manipulated especially by fucking music to see past the deceptions. we hear nice messages and words like love and peace backed by sentimental music and believe that the speaker is being honest. this guy was an egoist and worshipper of power and all influential in this world people are just the same

He believed that the flesh dies and with it, name, power, prestige, wealth and the ego. Whether he had an ego, well, all human beings have some ego, etc. otherwise there would be Buddhas amongst us but to dismiss him as a pure egomaniac, narcissist I think is being foolishly naive.
