@brian17171 Is that based on some sort of research of which I am not aware? The pads we kickers use these days seem to have very little affect based upon my experience. Maybe one yard or less, but again that's an empirical research.

if you can do it without pads you can do it with pads, it really doesn't make that much of a difference

the only thing the extra gear does is cause you to adjust a lil. If you can make a 60 yarder without pads you should be able to make one with pads.

Charging linemen doesnt mean anything if you have good consentration you should make it, but it all really comes with practice.

i`m an exchange student man,i`ll be going back to germany in 2 weeks,so i played football here for the first time in my life and i`m pretty good for kicking 55 yrds through the uprights for just 10 weeks of football i`d say...

anyway i tried it with kicking from ground,i dont get it as hhigh as from the block,but i get it 50 yrds through...but i really just get it straight the nice and hiiiigh...

dont use a block and get ready for college

im a sophmore and i make 50 on the ground 58 with a block,

it takes a little adjustment but is better on the ground
