Most people need to STOP having pets..period. People use them as accessories and not realise the costs, we are not just talking about food & supply costs but also VETERINARIAN costs including neutering/spading! Also the time, attention and care that goes with owning a pet. Many buy them when they are "cute" as kittens and get sick of them when they turn into cats. My neighbour has adopted countless cats from irresponsible owners like these. I have pets and have always been a RESPONSIBLE owner.
