  • CNN i-Reports: Squabbling, Sellout Elected Black Leaders, the Chickens have Come Home to Roost!

    Ceyseau & Inept Leaders

You are finally getting a taste of what you have done to the black community: ignoring them by protecting the economic interests of all other nationalities especially Latinos. Ergo the Great Black Ninth District is now the greater illegal Hispanic district.

PS: The LA black population is too small for 3 black city Councilpersons.

Herb Wesson is the best hatchet man.

  • Web Search: ceyseau(dot)net & inept black leaders

Anyone can easily discern that what I have shared is valid by downloading from the hypertext in the link or my profile "mll1127" or "ceyseau(dot)net & inept black leaders" to read Los Angeles Superior Court Cases BC385899, 895188, the Demurr to Case 10K18049, a summary of Theft by Court, the unwarranted arrest of my Mom initiated by Herb Wesson et al, correspondence to & from numerous elected officials, signed affidavits, etc.

In most any U.S. History class students are taught that when government goes awry you have the right to petition your elected official for redress.

In the "inner-city" should a law abiding U.S. born descendant of slavery petition his or her elected official, you will be arrested & jailed by police as a result of a citizen's arrest being placed against you by Democratic Party affiliated Los Angeles City Councilman Herb Wesson's office.

The issue is about respect for the rule of law, the U.S. Constitution, the California Constitution, etc., etc., upholding his or her oath of office no matter what gender, ethnicity, political party affiliation, religious belief, non religious belief, position of authority, etc., etc.,,....

With good reason, President Barack Obama and/or other misfit elected Black leaders are not idolized by many U.S. born law abiding descendants of slavery.

  • "Noncompliance with the Department Rules"

    Well battle...

...not applicable here because the Constitution and "Rule of Law" take precedence over any City, LADWP Rules, County Ordinance, etc.......

The issue is total absence of competent representation at the City, County, State and Federal levels of government.

  • It won't be business as usual.........I welcome the redistricting process to remove an incumbent or any other elected official who takes my vote for granted.

Furthermore past and present elected black leaders affiliated with the Democratic Party don't have a clue as to the essence of what it means to be an elected official.

  • The U.S., is supposed to be in a class by itself, holding dear our U.S. Constitution, a State Constitution, the rule of law, being “one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all”, citizenship guarantees that have yet to be realized by parents, Carl Steadman, John Thompson, I, and/or many other U.S. born blacks, namely because of the contempt that our own elected Black leaders have for his or her sworn duty to respect the principles to which this nation stands.
