Several years back, I produced a short video about Hearsent, our adoption agency based in Orinda, CA. Unlike some of the big agencies, Heartsent takes a VERY personal approach to connecting families with orphans from around the world. Val the Director of Heartsent is one of the most honest knowledgable people in this industry. Very few Direcotrs of Adoption Agencies even have a LFMT or LCSW licenses, many are just business people and treat adoption as such...NOT Val.

Val draws from her own personal experience as she is an adoptive mother of children.

Just wish more agencies were like Heartsent we wouldn't have so many countries closing down their adoptions nor would we have so many agencies being shut down by.

What a beautiful video. My husband and I just came back from Guatemala and we adopted our first child, a son. This video really touched my heart.
