The main addon is called nUI+. You can find the base model (nUI) on curse. There are a few different additions you can get for it (such as one that puts your omen in your combat log area of the screen, or the glossy black background that I use - and others). You need to subscribe to the addon author's group and newsletter to get the full on version. Go to WoWInterface and join the site, then look for the nUI group on there and request to join and subscribe to the news letter.
