If you ask me, these countries who learn these languages do so because they need to in order to trade because they are low status countries. @gregingram1970 fucking english is not the only world language. the most spoken language is spanish and the second most spoken is chinese. where i live (holland) speak the most children in the age of 15 about 4 languages, while in england there are adults who speak only one.

Its a language that nobody but belgian people would speak. Belgium is basically the most insignificant country in the world.

@gregingram1970 they didn't support the nazi's. and there are much culture things from belgian, like jacques brel and tintin. i think there aren't famous cars from belgian, but cars are screwing up the environment, so belgium can be proud. they are nice people and speak a view languages, not like the english and the americans who speak only english.
