Combat one challenge (same-sex love) by inviting other challenges (celibate or mixed-sex love)? Makes sense-- I mean: stench {always-gettin'-'em-mixed-up}.

What a beautiful message to be giving to gay youth! Rabbi Kleinbaum has done them a great service here. I think that she is the one who is fabulous.

I visited the Bethune Street synagogue for the first time last weekend to witness the celebration. 15 or so years ago, I tried to find it, and no wonder I had trouble! This time, I was compelled, I was determined. [|:-)X

No one is to be marginalized in this world. Thank you for video and the message that we are all created tzlem elohim.

Certain comments here illustrate why rabbi Kleinbaum's desire for a Jewish community free of bullying is a foolish pipe dream. Self righteousness, condescension and arrogance are too deeply entrenched in the Jewish community. In such a climate, bullying is inevitable. That is a large part of why I, and others, have left Judaism. You can make all the videos and speeches you want, but nothing will really change.

Yes you are made in his image,but as we are all given tests in life by Hashem,this is yours you can either successfully complete it or take the easy way out and live the lie that this is how he made you!This syndrome is a result of something psychological not something natural and if this was the case Hashem would not call it an abomination.My test is living with a disability.I could either give up or prove the world wrong about what someone with aspergers can actually do!I chose the latter.

@shwidog I make public statements in response to expose someones false allegations and doctrines! In response to your those whom you say hate me for belief in Messiah Yeshua you could be further from the truth! I have only had 4 people in our community show hate towards me and none of them Orthodox! I am still given aliyot in Orthodox Synagogues in this City (we only have two House of Jacob Mikveh Yisrael and a Chabad House). I was on here because someone sent me a link.

OMG, Menachem Shaul, the Chachamim who claim that the Torah (the one which suspiciously names them as the authority over you) is the infallable word of Hashem, are the same Chachamim who'd probably call you a degenerate, an abomination, and a m'challel Hashem for believing that Yeshua is Mashiach and ben Elohim. BTW, why are you here checking out this video? As the rabbi said, there's nothing to be ashamed of. Contact her to talk.

@Lsapar You're blind not me!
If I could click "Like" a hundred times I would. Why the MenechemShauls of the world need to spend their time spewing hate is beyond me. Thank you, Rabbi Kleinbaum.
