The original Andrew's Meats butcher store was designed by Food Strategy. We were then recommissioned to document and design for its relocation in the new section of the Mt Ommaney shopping centre. The design of the new store enabled Food Strategy to mix our expertise as foodservice design consultants with our talents of interior design. Andrews Meats wanted to move away from traditional butcher shop styles to include ornate timers and customised feature lighting while being operationally compliant with council and local authorities.
