Standing up for the constitution is not anti-American. She, and every other member of congress, swore an oath to protect and defend the constitution. That's what she's doing.
It's very sad that some people can't see that.

I tell you what.. I need freedom to be free. And if I want my freedom to come free, I might as well go stick up the convenience store down my block with my brand new shotgun. At least they have cameras to "see" who done the stickin' up. If convenience stores don't need a warrant for security cameras; my country, the U. S. of A., sure don't need warrants to see or hear whose gonna terrorize my homeland! Go America!

Are the convenience stores putting cameras in your home? Listening to your calls? Getting copies of your emails? That's what the Bush administration wants to do. You have the constitution to protect you, so demand the president live up to his oath of office.
Please read the 4th Amendment to the constitution.
