Sparky (A4142192) is a bundle of total and complete adorable with the cutest face! This little 1 year old neutered black and tan chihuahua mix is truly as close to perfection as possible. He lives to play and give kisses. The first moment he meets anyone, he starts to play. From then on, he gets even more affectionate. We all couldn't stop kissing him. This little guy is just too cute to believe. Sparky is looking for an active, playful indoor home.
