Hey, I don't blame Chavez of being afraid of the CIA. Look how much the CIA in the early eighties has done throughout latin america. As for building a war zone....the only person building a Imperialistic Military Base for the U.S. is Uribe. Notice I said Uribe, because many Colombians doesn't support the 7 base unnecessary military bases in Colombia
