Unlike other jar depilatories, Rica Waxes undergo a specialized cooking process to create a wax that has excellent grip and leaves a clean finish with no sticky residue. The rich concentration of vitamins found naturally in Avocado has for many years been used as a source of surplus energy, and provided a variety of benefits including nourishment and deep moisturizing. Recognizing the importance and natural benefits of the avocado, Ricas Research Laboratories have developed a complete epilation program utilizing these unique properties to specifically treat the most sensitive areas of the body and particularly the bikini zone.


Strong yet gentle Vegetable oils used in Rica wax provide a product that has superior adherence to the hair, but is much more soothing, meaning less hurtful to the recipient than the typical petroleum base used in other wax products. Rica holds a world-wide patent on the use of vegetable oils in depilatory products.

Hypoallergenic No colophony (rosin) is used in ANY Rica wax products. Rica only uses glyceryl rosinate, a much more refined product, which is hypoallergenic, unlike colophony, therefore does not cause any adverse allergic reactions to the client.

Diverse waxing product selection The Rica line consists of 20 different offerings:

•3 Liposoluble waxes: Azulene (a calming agent extracted from chamomile), Chlorophyll (with natural plant extracts), and Titanium (to combat redness)
•11 fruit-scented waxes (Titanium base): Strawberry, Banana, Coconut, Orange, Lemon, White Chocolate, Almond, Aloe Vera, Milk, Olive Oil, and Green Apple, each with unique properties, so the client can choose what flavor she, or he, wishes
•1 completely natural water soluble wax
•1 Honey liposoluble wax
•4 hot waxes: Titanium, Honey, Azulene and Chlorophyll.
