this dudes timing was all sorts of messed up, so when he tries to start his car it backfires fireballs out of the carb that burn his hood insulation. my teacher repeatedly blows out the lingering fire on the carb like they are birthday candles and this makes me laugh hella much

  • Timing is off 180 degrees

  • HOLY SHIT HOLY SHIT HOLY SHIT

  • @bluedistortions its CCSF. and yes, you pretty much just described the entire situation at that poisonous place. the teacher was high off his ass on hydro-codone the whole goddamn time staggering around like a zombie. it was utter madness

  • @bluedistortions i meant to say "or possibly worse situation"

  • what school was this? i went to school to be a mechanic and kind of ran across a similar or possibly situation: teacher had just been collecting his check and students made more money on the various fed grants than they would working, so students didn't want to learn and teacher was rusty. he'd get pissed off at me for actually using the shop; usual proceedure was just to sign off on things that we hadn't actually done.

  • Put out a gas fire with water first huh? Lol

  • WHY AGAIN! THE TIMING IS OBVIOUSLY WAYYY OFF!!!

  • i think the firing order is off because my 1975 dodge d100 was doing that and i whent on line and fixed the fireing order and now it runs fine

  • @Aliensmonger its the timing chain i bet its a tuth off

  • @Aliensmonger about 1000 to 1400 rpms and when choke is disengaging any warm temp will do it i put on another carb and it did the same thing and i checked a ll pugs and timing and i even backed off a 1/4 turn on each rocker arm just to see if to much crank pressure??
