This is the 3-D rotation of the phenylethyl carbanion. The structure illustrates an sp3-hybridized carbanion. The highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) depiction shows that there is a localized orbital on the carbanion (red/blue sp3 orbital). The last animation sequence illustrates the charge density and shows how the red hotspot of negative charge is not delocalized, but resides fully on this carbon only.
