蛋糕材料 / 蛋 5個、細砂糖 3/4杯、低筋麵粉 1又1/4杯、水 4大匙、泡打粉 1小匙、 綠茶粉 1又1/2大匙
內餡材料 / 細絞肉 4兩、油 1大匙、油蔥酥 4大匙、醬油 3大匙、白胡椒粉 少許
其他 / 炒香白芝麻1小匙、玻璃紙1張
做法:
1、綠茶粉加少量糖混合以水調勻。
2、取一容器放入雞蛋打至起泡,將砂糖分三次加入,每次都打至蛋呈乳白色極細泡沫,接著加入麵粉和泡打粉輕拌,加入綠茶液拌勻即為蛋糕糊。
3、取一蒸盤鋪上玻璃紙,倒入一半蛋糕糊,抹勻後入鍋以中火蒸熟。
4、絞肉入鍋炒散,加入醬油,熄火前加入油蔥酥拌勻。
5、開蒸鍋蓋,將炒好的肉燥均勻鋪在蛋糕上,並灑上胡椒粉,倒入另外一半的蛋糕糊後,灑上油蔥酥和白芝麻。
6、再蒸7-10分鐘即可。
