How do the moms get all these things home

Lol, while it's totally awesome, as Ellen of course is, she doesn't actually buy these products and give them to the moms. On any of these shows, like when Oprah did her giveaways, it's the company who gives these products away. It gives them TONS of publicity and they earn a looooooot of money from people watching the show buying the products afterward. The hosts of the shows just get all the credit, ha ha.
