After visiting the galleries on many occassions overnight I would say this was the gates on the cell corridor being moved rather than the cell doors. I myself have seen a shadow pass the cell door and also an apparition on the stairs leading to the laundry.

its one of the cell doors but everyone else were in different parts of the location intersting.
