This video allegedly shows how on May 12th, a Rochester woman was arrested for taping a traffic stop in front of her home. She was standing in front of her house with a hand held recording device when the arrest happened. Officer Mario Masic of the Rochester Police Department executed the arrest.

What happened with this case? Was it dismissed? The cop said you were arrested for not obeying an order. He can only arrest fro not obeying a legal order. He did not issue a legal order. He was trying to use the "I'm in fear of my safety" as a BS justification to bully you. If he was truly in fear, you would have been on the ground at gun point. This is a clear case of Cop ego.
