Here's another entertaining one.

No level of government can limit our access and use of public roads.

Now if they say you can not use a car on the roads without it being registered on a state level, insured and you must carry a driver's license otherwise you may not travel on the roads, they are in fact limiting your access to use public roadways!

There is no clause limiting how we may travel in the original wording of said right. Once again, they are committing fraud and breaking laws.

Notices of Understanding and Intent and Claim of Right, if you're wondering...look it up; people use them to dictate to GOVERNMENT what their rights are and how they will deal with governments who deprive them of those rights.

Affidavits standing uncontested on public record for a period of time become LAW (they will stand unless you claim a right that deprives another of a right).

Read the 9th and 10th Amendments VERY Carefully; they don't say what our rights are, only that we retain them.

In order from beginning to end, accepted Law in the whole nation is:

God, Man, Constitution, Government(Congress, Judicial)*sometimes reverse Judicial and Congress*, Statute(color of Law)

State: God, Man, Constitution, Government(Legislation, Judicial; sometimes switch), Statute(color of Law)

So, you see, man is above Constitution, and Government (they being the servants)

Knowing the system teaches you how to combat it; question is: Have you CLAIMED rights?

@xLowFive lol, the constitution is not law. it is window dressing and public relations to make robbing and controlling look legitimate. when ur "representatives" swear an oath to it and then break that oath, who holds them responsible? who was the oath given to? how many of them make through a single day without violating it? and for that matter, who ever even signed it as an obligated party? seems to me all signatories where in witness hereof. no wonder these d.c. folks don't take it seriously.
